We design and build custom automation workflows with n8n — order pipelines, reporting, alerts and data sync — so the repetitive work happens without you. Projects start at $100.
01 What we automate
Every workflow is built in n8n, documented, and handed over to you. You own it — no lock-in, no mystery.
Order pipelines
New order → stock check → confirmation email → fulfillment sheet → shipping notification. Triggered the moment a customer pays, on any platform. No more copy-pasting between tabs at midnight.
Reports that write themselves
Sales, traffic and AI-visibility data pulled on a schedule, summarized, and delivered to your inbox every Monday morning. The same numbers, every week, without the Sunday-night scramble.
Alerts before customers complain
Broken links, price mismatches, out-of-stock products still listed, failed payments — caught by a watcher workflow and flagged to you in minutes, not discovered in a bad review.
Data sync between your tools
Store, spreadsheet, email list, accounting — kept in agreement automatically. One source of truth, no double entry, no “which version is right?”
02 How it works
A short call where you walk us through the task exactly as you do it today. We write it back as a step-by-step spec you approve before anything is built.
We build the workflow in n8n, test it against real cases from your store, and handle the edge cases — failed payments, missing fields, timeouts — so it doesn't break silently.
You get the workflow, a plain-language diagram of what it does, and a short video walkthrough. Change platforms later? n8n is open and portable — your workflows go with you.
03 Pricing
Automation projects start at $100 USD. You get a fixed quote after the mapping call — approved by you before any work begins.
The price we agree after the mapping call is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately, in writing, first.
Every workflow ships with a diagram and walkthrough. You own the workflows outright — they run on your n8n instance, not ours.
If a task shouldn't be automated, we say so. We build with n8n only — no Make, no Zapier — so every workflow stays portable and inspectable.
