What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to do the work you asked for:

Your website address — so we can audit it.
Contact details you give us — name and email when you book a call or message us.
Business details you choose to share — for example your registered address or shipping terms, used to make your audit accurate.
Anonymous usage data — this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

Search Console access

If you grant us read-only (Viewer) access to your Google Search Console, we use it only to read your search data for your audit or retainer. We never change settings, never share the data, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account. We recommend revoking it once an engagement ends.

What we never do

Sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Store payment card details (payments are by bank transfer or Wise; we hold no card data).
Use your business data to benefit a competitor. Client work is confidential.

Third-party services

Booking calls is handled by Cal.com, payments by your bank or Wise, and hosting by Cloudflare. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we'll confirm within a reasonable time. Audit reports you have received remain yours regardless.
